Tinuola Ipadeola
Tinuola Ipadeola is the Chief of Staff & Head, Business Support at MainOne, solutions by Equinix. In this role, she serves as the Executive with oversight for corporate functions across West Africa. She also recently served as the Head of Corporate Services & Development at MainOne.
Tinu is a strategy, transformation, and operations executive leader, with a keen interest in leading organizations to achieve their growth potential, while establishing appropriate structures for institutionalization. Tinu has about 25 years’ experience across various sectors, including Telecoms, Data Centres, “Big 4” Consulting and Banking.
Prior to joining MainOne, Tinu worked with KPMG, where she led the Enterprise Unit within the Management Consulting Practice, providing strategic consulting services to companies across various sectors including Consumer & Industrial Markets, Telecoms, Technology, Media, Oil & Gas and Public Sector.
Tinu has a first degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria and an M.Sc. Finance from the University of Leicester, UK.
