Christiana Okenla

Christiana Okenla is the Director, Customer Success at MainOne. She also recently served as the Head, Customer Experience at MainOne.

She is an accomplished leader with over two decades of experience in driving several enterprise-wide Customer-focused Initiatives within the Banking, Information Technology, and Telecommunications industries.

Prior to joining MainOne, she was the Head of Customer Experience & Advocacy at ipNX where she led global strategies and implementation efforts for Customer Experience Transformation for the Retail Business. She has held key positions at major African institutions such as United Bank for Africa Plc, where she served as Head of Customer Fulfilment Centre and Head of Complaint Resolution Management. Her experience also encompasses roles at Tech Mahindra (BPO for Airtel Contact Center), Airtel Nigeria, and NIIT Education & Training Center.

Christiana holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos State.
